Abstract

This article was carried out in the direction of developing an information theory for managing transport 
systems and is related to the issues of digital cognitive management of transport services. The article also touches  on the topic of intellectualization of the transport industry and the introduction of AI in various logistics areas.  Digital transformation of the transport industry is becoming an inevitable process of business adaptation to new realities and preferences of the digital world, since the determining factor in digital transformation is the dynamics of changes in the preferences of the modern consumer and the form of his consumption of goods and services. 
Until recently, artificial intelligence made it possible to solve a number of medical problems and helped in science, but now it is approaching business, and the scope of application has increased significantly. The transport services sector can also reap many benefits by integrating artificial intelligence. For example, it will be possible to forecast 
demand, improve logistics itself, automate internal processes, generate individual offers based on customer analysis, etc. This work also describes the problem of recognizing and translating word order by AI.
