Abstract

The environment of global financial capital as a source of systemic risk is the subject of this essay, which investigates trends and concerns in the environment. It is carried out to conduct a theoretical examination 
of the period of globalization and the changes that have occurred as a result of the effect of globalization on financial interactions. The impact that global financial capital has had on the whole financial system of the country is demonstrated in the essay. The article illustrates the most fundamental aspects of global financial capital, including both its positive and negative effects on the economy. ideas were made for the formulation of the 
country's financial policy in the context of systemic risk, and these ideas were based on the findings that were stated in this article. The practical limitation of the study can be characterized by the lack of a broader information 
base. The research used induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, and logical generalization techniques.
