Ways to Improve State Regulation of the Tourism Sector in Azerbaijan

Abstract

Enhancing the way in which the government regulates the tourist industry in Azerbaijan is the primary topic of this essay. It is determined that depending on the nature of the country's economy and national security, 
particularly how important tourism is for the economy, government intervention in this sector is important. The article presents the dependence of the tourism demand function on some economic factors in the tourism sector of the national economy using the example of different countries. It also determines that this dependence is important. The demand function for tourist excursions to Azerbaijan is shown to fluctuate immediately based on the degree of income that visitors in their home country have, as well as the price level in Azerbaijan, according to the paper, which uses econometric calculations to demonstrate this principle. Several suggestions are presented for the improvement of the tourist industry within the economy of the country, and these suggestions are based on the findings that were collected from the study.
