and Test-Driven Development (TDD), all of which contribute to delivering high-quality products and enhancing customer satisfaction. By enabling early risk identification and resolution, Agile supports faster delivery and cost optimization. However, it also presents challenges, such as scalability and frequent requirement changes, which can be managed through frameworks like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS). Overall, Agile Software Engineering empowers modern technology teams with an adaptable and efficient foundation for navigating complex development processes while driving innovation and meeting user needs effectively.
