Abstract

In the context of the green economy, the article focuses on the challenges that Azerbaijan has in terms of energy efficiency inside the country. An analysis of the growth of the energy sector of the Azerbaijani economy during the past few years is shown in this article. Additionally, the article discusses the necessity of the economy making the transition to a green economy at the present level. The economy of Azerbaijan continued to expand in 2024, despite the complicated processes that were taking place in the global economy. This growth highlighted the country's capacity for stability and sustainability. Because of the economic reforms that were put into place, it was feasible to respond appropriately to the threats and issues that were affecting the economic security of the country. In this article, conclusions are drawn on the utilization of renewable energy sources. The fact that the study does not have access to a more comprehensive dataset of information that is pertinent is one of the practical constraints of the study. The investigation made use of a variety of approaches, such as induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, and logical generalization, among others.
