Humanity has rich experience in the Agricultural and Industrial ages. Nowadays humanity lives in the Information Age and has stepped up into the Creative Age. Almost all technical papers and methods reflect structural and functional issues while issues relating to human feelings, emotions, morale, and creativity (human qualities) are presented insignificantly. The presented research aims to fill this gap by discussing the application of the Simple Learning Motivation Hierarchy Model and Societal Patterns Evolution Model (SLMHM/SPEM) for analyzing and improving technical articles. It is a well-known fact that the development of science and technology has not made people happy. Taking into account technical elements related to the manifestation of human feelings, emotions, and creativity in the writings mitigates this problem. This paper discusses analyzing and improving of existing scholarly technical papers including some examples. Among other findings, a new Agile Manifesto value “Mindfulness over experience” and three new principles of Agile Software are proposed.
