The study highlights the influence of global financial capital on the stability and development of a country’s financial system, emphasizing both the opportunities and challenges it creates. The economic essence of global financial capital is thoroughly analyzed, showing its dual nature — as a driving force for investment, innovation, and economic integration, but also as a potential source of volatility, inequality, and financial crises. The article further discusses how the interdependence of financial markets increases vulnerability to external shocks and systemic risks. Based on the results of the analysis, the
author formulates proposals for improving the country’s financial policy within the framework of managing systemic risks. These proposals aim to strengthen financial regulation, enhance risk management mechanisms,
and ensure the sustainable and secure functioning of the national financial system under the conditions of global economic interconnection.
